1. GENERAL POLICY: NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Since all our hampers and personalized jewelry items are handcrafted and prepared specifically for your order, we regret that we cannot offer general returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or subjective dislike of the items. All sales are considered final.
2. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the personalization, sourcing, or packing process has started, we cannot process a cancellation.
3. DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT (The Only Exception)
We guarantee safe packaging. However, if your hamper arrives damaged due to transit, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: A clear, continuous, and unedited “Unboxing Video” is required to verify the damage for any replacement or refund claim.
Upon verification, we will send a replacement product or issue a store credit (as per our discretion).
4. REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds (applicable only for valid damage claims verified by the unboxing video) will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment source (UPI/Card).
